    Arrived to my office today early morning and Soapware not working. see last post
    Probably some problem in the Postgree upgrade.
    Very disapointed.
    I hope this is a quick fix.

    I believe your PR support tech has spoken with you this morning and you are connected to SOAPware. Unfortunately, sometimes we run into issues with conversions and have to revert back to the original database version until we can attempt the conversion again.

    Again arrived to office and SW in not working
    Apparently failed PostgreSQL conversion. Third attempt.
    Very sad.

    It is extremely difficult to evaluate patients without EMR information.

    The Postgre 9.4 conversion was successful over the weekend and our technician verified that we were able to log in. As I am sure you are aware, we are working with the technician to troubleshoot why you are not able to log in from your workstation.
